Wouldn't a metal pizza pan be extremely hot after coming out of the oven?
Every pizza parlor I've been to they use oven mitts to bring the pizza out to the table.
Pizza's are not cooked in a pan. So the pan shouldn't be to hot to handle on the edges. I never seen anyone use mitts when handling them.
