A few months ago at a sleepover, my sister watched this movie and told me it was scary. My sister is 13 and is not scared easy. I just want to know if this is a scary movie.

It's scary in that "I care about the characters and horrible things might happen to them" kind of way, not in a "Woah this is so damn scary!" sort of way.
Its a cool little film - youre not gonna have nightmares, but theres certainly a few jumpy scenes.

The movie is great, you need to look into it more - map out a line of events that happen and look back on it - then analyze the difference in shots during each, or change in character. This one is really subtle but great - opposite of lynch, think that way.

It's a great movie to watch on IFC cuz you can change the channel.
However, I watched the whole thing the other day.
Not "bad."
