i haven's seen it !!..and i am stating that but franklin's link 1986 is similar plot..and the tagline of link : expirement in terror..
while this one tagline is expirement in fear.
not a homage ..a rip off.. '' i admire both franklin and romeoro but it had to be mentioned ''

"Monkey Shines" was based on a book by the same name and was published in 1983. I haven't seen "Link", but it sounds like maybe it ripped off the book or at least got the idea for the movie from the book. Or it just my be a coincidence.

franklin had a huge crush on hitchcock ..so link was inspired by the birds..
birds decided to go against man ..monkey too .. i dun think it's the book..
maybe it's a coincidence .

Other than a similar premise, Monkey Shines and Link are very different films. I mean, why not throw Shakma into the mix if you are going to compare films.

I'm just a guy that likes horror flicks.
