Lair of the White Worm: Chapter XXVIII - Conclusion
Arabella and the White Worm are dead. Both killed in the same explosion. Unlike in the film, where Sylvia and the White Worm are two separate entities and have to be killed separately, in the book, they are one and the same. If you kill one, then you kill the other.
