There are some people who commit misdemeanors? There are some people who commit felonies? Then there are people who commit both misdemeanors and felonies? Was Sylvia one of those people? We know she commited at least one felony (murder), but did she ply Kevin with alcohol? Which would be a misdemeanor, at least here in the U.S.
