You're halfway there.
There's a scene where a woman looks into a mirror at the wound son her neck after being bitten by a vampire and there're a couple of 'women' with fangs but the two bits don't overlap. And there's a scene where nuns get gangbanged by Roman soldiers with walls of fire everywhere.
