This is the 1st movie I have seen of Ken Russell's I stumbled across it on cable and have to say I was quite impressed. Having seen his notoriety I am curious now to see his other films.

I have seen Altered States in the local video store so I suspect that will be the next movie of his I will be viewing.

Anyways it was a good, witty and entertaining film: 7/10

As Ken and this film becomes better known, they are both--probably--getting the positive recognition they deserve. I hope you enjoy his "Altered States," as much as you enjoyed this one. "Altered States" is--probably again--one of his better films.
