Worst cover mistakes + trickery ever!!!

Don't get me wrong, I enjoyed this last of the 80s style slashers, but the box art is a joke! It has Bruce Campbell & Sam Raimi's name up top, yet Campbell is in the movie for all of 2 minutes at best. Raimi (Sam & Ted) have roles but small ones. I know they are buddies w/ Spiegel, and fun to see them in this film, but that is a joke to have their names on top of the box.

THEN...on the back of the box, they list Jennifer as being played by Renee Estevez, when she played Linda. Elizabeth Cox played Jennifer! And the outline is wrong. It says it's 10pm the night before Walnut Lake supermarket closes forever. In fact, they were only marking the items to half price and going to close in about a months time. It also says the phone lines are cut...which they aren't...in fact the police are called twice! And yet another flub the bottom of the box says and ex-cop is trying to find out who the killer is. Who the hell is that? What ex-cop!?! AND a pic on the back of Bruce Campbell not from the movie!

I guess ya gotta love someone doing everything they can to make a few bucks off bigger names! Got me to buy this flick...not that I'm complaining. But damn, let's hire an editor over at Wizard Entertainment!
