Anyone thinks the recent "High Tension" ( a.k.a. Haute Tension) was similar to this movie? same kind of mad killer chasing some poor chick as she is defending and running for her life and a similar slasher gorefeast.

I think he means that the killer is specifically after the girl from the start in both, whereas in most slashers the killer is just killing anyone in his path.
