Aspect Ratio?
All the DVD releases are in full screen, does anyone know if these are open matte or pan and scan?
The Full Moon/Wizard DVD is open matte.

All previous dvd releases seem to be 1.33:1 open matte.
The latest BluRay/DVD release from Synapse Films is cropped to Spiegel's preferred ratio of 1.78:1. (Except for the rough workprint of the film included as a bonus disc on early copies... that's open matte.)
So other than the 1:33:1 print now being cropped, the cut of the film as compared to the previous DVD release is exactly the same (I believe they're both considered the unrated director's cut)? Because, if they've simply cropped the same version of the film for this release to make it 1:78:1, I'd prefer not to double dip.
