I haven't seen this since 1992, and watched this the other night with some friends who totally dug it. Props to Danny Hicks, who completely owned this movie.

Some people never go crazy. What truly horrible lives they must lead

This is the LAST great 80's slasher.

reply

Agreed! One of my favorites

There were a few o.k. straight to video slashers that came out after this, but for the most part, I agree.

I remember seeing "Intruder" in a Times Square grindhouse and thought it was pretty bad then, now it seems much worse than I remember it.

If you love and support Michael Jackson 100%, copy & paste this into your signature. We love MJ!

I agree. This movie is a lot of fun. Dan Hicks delivers a thoroughly entertaining performance as Bill.

What do you think this is, a signature? It's a way of life!

Really enjoyed that article. What other over looked 80's gems do you recommend?

Well I just watched this the other night and I totally thought it sucked.
The acting was horrible, the story was horrible and the effects where really sub par.
I hated the story, I hated the script, I hated the end. I thought it was a waste of time.
Sorry, I love horror but this had none. No suspense, no development. Even for a cult film, it was very bad.
Just my opinion, I was expecting so much more.
and to top it off, there is no Coco Pebbles on any of the cereal shelves. WTF???

reply

Agreed. This film is a lot of fun. Writer/director Scott Spiegel makes very creative and clever use of the novel supermarket setting.

I'm a totally bitchin' bio writer from Mars!
