BIG mistake about the killer

I just finished watching the movie and when the boss is attacked and loses the eye, you can't see the killer face but you can see he is wearing Craig's black leather jacket.
The fact that they didn't show the face of the killer led me to think they were going for some kind of twist at the end... so it didn't made sense to me when they showed the killer wearing the jacket through the bottle and then we can clearly see the jacket sleeve with the zipper strangling the owner while Bill (the killer) was wearing a blue shirt with no sleeves.

You can see what I am talking about in these screens:

So they SHOW YOU Craig killing the owner and then in the end the killer is Bill, unless we are supposed to believe that Bill put on the same leather jacket, killed his partner and then toss it somewhere.

Yeah, I thought that was strange as well, especially given the fact that you can see the killer quite clearly in other scenes such as the scene where he is watching Bub from behind the trash compactor- at least I thought that it was clearly Bill. Of course, it probably didn't help that the trailer gave away the killer's identity.

The whole movie was pretty lame. All the kills were in rapid fire mode building up no suspense. Moronic characters. Bill was the most annoying killer and was surprisingly pretty immortal and could feel no pain. And the ending with the two idiot cops blaming the two survivors just left a bad taste in the mouth. A simple fingerprint analysis will prove they were innocent and that Bill was the killer. At least there were a few cool angles and a pretty good score to keep the whole movie from being a complete mess.

Oh yeah, that worked pretty well for Jason Voorhees. I am surprised he isn't in jail already.

"A simple fingerprint analysis will prove they were innocent and that Bill was the killer."

Huh? Every murder weapon was either handed or touched by multiple people. Just what exactly would the police fingerprint that would prove Bill was the killer?

Also, when Craig talks about being knocked out by Bill this makes no sense. He knocks out Bill with the hammer quite clearly.
