Was Howling IV originally widescreen or was it done fullscreen only? Was it a made-for-TV movie?

It was fullscreen only and direct to video. I'd love to see it in widescreen!

I saw this on MonstersHD over 5 years ago (sadly that channel no longer exists). I can't remember specifically if it was in widescreen, but I have a feeling it was since they typically broadcasted in widescreen. Anyone remember?
