The kid who was dancing with Penny, the first one. He was on the "council" or something. Who was he? Who is the actor? I think I've seen him before.

He was the first guy she danced with. Not the one who was forcing her to make out with. After they were eliminated after the "dance off" he kinda walked away from her.

I think you might be referring to Josh Charles? He was in the movie Don't Tell Mom The Babysitters Dead.
