Who's the girl with the bleached blonde hair?
Does anyone know the name of the bleached blonde girl who was a council member (usually wearing a pink dress) with teased up hair? I don't think she actually spoke any lines except maybe during the tryouts for the Corny Collins show. I've always wondered who she was.
