I remember a film similar to this, and in one scene a guy is in bed imagining he's having sex with a dolphin (or something like that, I saw it maybe 10 years ago). Is such a scene, or similar, in this film?

Not imagining that he's having sex with a dolphin, no, more like swimming with a bunch of them...
