Michelle’s ticket and keys

This movie has already so many plot holes. An extra one is I believe when Michelle says that she has left her tickets in her apartment but she doesn’t have the keys to her apartment and they have to climb through the window. Maybe she lost her keys or left them at home but she doesn’t say that.

How is that a plot hole? Anyway she did explain, on Dédé Martin's answering machine, which the concierge translated for Dr Walker: "Something about her leaving a suitcase in some locker. She's got nothing to dress in and no keys."
