Exact dialogue from Caine to Nikos at the end...?

"G'day, Nikos. How's it going, sport?
Good on you.
Chips O'Toole. Hotels and all from down under."

According to a script I found on line - here is Caine's initial response. However, it sure sounds like Caine calls Nikos something after 'good on you' - sounds like 'Copper.'

Does that make sense? 'Good on you Copper'? Anyone?
