I FOUND THE VILLA!!!!
I too am a big fan of the villa used in the movie. For many years it was my favorite movie because of the villa. Doing some "searching" online via windows live local, and having just re-watched the movie, I feel with 98% certainty that this is the villa:

If you are unfamiliar with the "bird's eye views", make sure you click on the compass directionals (N,S,E,W) to view the villa from the different angles.
Also of note, the villa is on "Beaumont" street. Possibly the name of the town in the movie was a nod to the address of the villa.
If you look around, you can see some other intersting things in Cap D'Antibes:
Villa Eilenroc - Built by the Beaumonts (Americans!) almost right next door to the villa in the movie
Chateau de la Croe - Former home of the Duke and Dutchess of Windsor, now being restored by Roman Abramovich (to the east of Eilenroc)
Hotel Du Cap Eden Roc - Beautiful Napoleonic Villa cum Hotel famous as a celebrity hangout during the Cannes Film Festival
IYCA (International Yacht Club Antibes)- Yachts of note include "Kingdom 5KR" the former "Trump Princess" now owned by Saudi Royalty, "Ecstasea" powered by a gas turbine (jet engine) it's one of the fastest megayachts and owned by Roman Abramovich, "Carinthia VII" owned by Heidi Horton, a german widow, her blue hull is the largest (and most beautiful) in the harbor.
