The Villa
I understand that the "Villa Hier" was used as Lawrence's house. Does anybody have any more detail of the Villa?

shareThere is already a thread on the villa location under the "I Found the Villa" thread. It does indeed look like the villa in the movie, but the finder makes no mention of the name "Villa Hier," only that it is located at Rue Beaumont. Have a look!
shareIt is the villa in this link posted here earlier:

You cannot see the villa from the road, but you can see it from the seaside. The villa is located at the center of the bay (Baie des Milliardaires, as the French call it, where some property was sold for EUR80M last year!) and you can walk to one edge of the bay from where you can clearly see the villa. The whole area is really beautiful and there are many magnificent properties along the way so I sincerely recommend the walk! It is a very nice experience to all the DRS fans to see the villa with their own eyes, even though from pretty far.
Instructions how to get there: Walk the Chemin des Douaniers (see map below) all the way to the seaside and then turn right (to west) and walk the path along the seaside to the very end. You can see the villa on the cliff and below the small private beach where they also filmed (scene with Officer Benson and the wheelchair).
Enjoy the walk! I would also love to hear comments about it!

(I am 100% sure that this is the villa where they filmed because I have compared my own photos and scenes from the film and there are the same very distinctive rock formations on both.)
