Only Game in Town

When I saw the musical on stage (some time after it came out), I believe I remember Lawrence doing a number at the beginning titled "I'm the Only Game in Town." However, I just purchased the original Broadway cast soundtrack, and that track is missing. Does anyone know why this is? Was the song only added later, and if so, why? (It's also possible I'm thinking of another musical entirely; let me know!)

"The Only Game In Town" was used in the first national tour of the musical as a replacement for the song "Give Them What They Want" - which was used on Broadway and is on the cast album. This was because composer David Yazbek did not fell that "Give Them What They Want" opened the show as strongly as he would like, so he made the change for the tour. Fans of the show as well as critics who had seen the Broadway production felt the new number was weaker and so it was never put in as a replacement in the Broadway production or any other professional production. It is not included in the licensed version of the show and so appears to be only used in that first tour
