We have black & yellow bad guys, we have black & yellow good guys. We have black & white heros. Its just a perfect non racist film. A film where any race stands as an uniformed front.
That was all intentional, though. This movie was produced by Joel Silver, who always pushed diversity in his films as much as possible in a time before diversity was such a big obsession.
Die Hard has not one but two black sidekicks helping out the main character. They even keep one of the sidekicks hanging around in the garage despite the character no longer serving any function to the story, purely so Silver can have one more black character on screen. Thus, none of what you see in the film is done naturally, it's just a Jewish movie producer desperately trying to make a movie less white, you know like they do all the time now.
