In the scene inside the car if you watch her face closely just before the jock jerk attempts to cop a feel you can see her blink a little and a tear rolls down her face. Was she crying? And why?. Maybe this was deliberate and nobody noticed it. I'm disturbed by the implications of it whether it was the actress crying or the character. I'm genuinely curious of what that was about.
shareI noticed that too. I imagine she didn't like that scene and maybe she was really crying and they didn't have another take to use. Very weird. At first I thought it maybe was related to what was happening to her character, but she's supposed to passed out/taken over by the blob.
shareI remember that scene and thought the same thing you did. Was it the character crying because she knew she was about to die or was it the actress? Whatever the truth, it made for a really powerful and disturbing image.

I'm sure it had to do with her being dissolved from the inside out. The car was also steamy from the blob having entered the vehicle.
