that this show is incredibly ANNOYING.. i wish they would stop showing the damn reruns.. apart from "robots wars" this is the worst show on SPACE.
not to mention the cast is extremly ugly, especially that old nerd peice of sh*t bald scientist. damn he is annoying. oh and the kid too. hes annoying.
one of the best shows ever created.in the same category as alf and thunder cats. excellent plot, you can't tell me you didn't want to be this kid!he could fly with spray cans! and Dr.Benjamin was cool as hell.just an all around cool show, series hall of fame!

And Jerry O'Connel the "annoying" kid, is one of the luckiest guys on the planet; in SLIDERS he got to make out with Kari Whurl (sp?) and now he plays Jill Hennesy's (sp?) love interest in CROSSING JORDEN.
Yeah it's only acting, but those are two of the hottest women on television (not to mention his scenes with Jamie Presly and Shannon Elizabeth in TOMCATS).
I know that's why I hate the dude.
As for the guy that played the doctor. He was in some of the best episodes of CHEERS. He is supposed to look old (because....He was!)

Damn, I was happy to know that Space Channel was showing episodes of the show but there's nothing on Space Channel tv shecdule. Then I realized you posted LAST YEAR. I wish I had known so I would have watched it. I remember watching this show when I was a kid.

This was one of my favorite shows when I was a kid.
I would dream about being able to fly like Andrew, but unfortunately I didn't have a friend like Dr. Jeffcoate to make that happen for me. Sad.

It's nice that you were able to share this experience with your dad. I watched this show alone. But I did watch Sliders with my dad which also starred Jerry O'Connell. So there is that.
