Help with a cartoon

The one i cant remember the name of was on UPN in the mornings and all i can remember is that they had a small cartoony Napoleon on it, but he wasn't the main star of the show...anyone know?

was it the Schoolhouse Rock series? The one called Elbow Room where they show a tall Thomas Jefferson and a small Napoleon?

I can't remember any such character on the Garfield and Friends.

it wasn't Schoolhouse Rock, and it wasn't on Garfield, it was a show that was shown before or after it

Yeah I rember that Show !!!! It had the guy who was Named Toast i didnt paticlurly like that show though
