I just called netflix and was able to put in a request for china beach.The lady said that they do have people that look into adding shows on netflix and I feel if more people requested this show that they might look more seriously into making it available to stream.

shareNow that DVDs are available, it's possible you might be able to rent DVDs from Netflix. There is no way this show is going to be available via streaming anytime soon. It was hard enough for TimeLife to get the music rights for DVD. I don't think anyone in control is eager for a second round to negotiate for streaming rights.
