'We ain't found ship' ???

Everything I've seen points to this sentence being 'we ain't found s h i t, but when I pause and rewind over and over I hear "ship" not the other word. Which is also funnier and more a Mel Brooks turn-a-phrase. Said with intention the meaning is one word of a certain flavour, but the word itself ship is harmless and accurate.

Nah, it's sh*t. If you watch his lips you can tell that's what he says, even though it could sound like ship, it's not.

Were you watching it on TV (like a DVR) that censored it? Maybe you have a kid-friendly version? (I made that mistake of getting Josie and the Pussycats DVD that was rated PG and the VHS was rated PG-13).

Interesting. Thanks.

I'm looking for more information on this, but I ain't found sh-t!

Anyone here mentions Hotel California dies before the first line clears his lips.

reply

Look for ship.
