..........Did this movie have a script or did they just let a bunch if actors, in bad costumes, loose in the Brooklyn Navy Yard and have them make the story up as they went along.

Sure it had a script... from a soon to be gay porn director that wrote crap made for the direct to video market of the 1980's so you know its bad.
