Is it still worth watching?

Hi. I recently read Barbra Streisand's autobiography, My Name is Barbra. In it, she spoiled Nuts by detailing the plot as well as the big reveal at the end. In fact, she spoiled pretty much all of her films - many of which I have not seen. No big deal - I've read plenty of other actors' and actresses' autobiographies - and this seems to be a common practice. I also think there's a certain 'statute of limitations' on how long you have to stay silent on a movie from 1987. Anyhow, even though I know the big reveal at the end, would any of you still recommend that I see Nuts? I do like Barbra Streisand and I have liked most of Richard Dreyfuss's work too.
