This is my favorite of the Jaws films because the shark here is the meanest of the 4 films. I think though I missed a scene. How did the shark know to follow the Brodys to the Bahamas? My guess is the shark overheard her talking perhaps sometime when he was on a boat up in Amity? That would make this shark not only the meanest but the most intelligent as well as the fastest swimming shark ever

There is a brief scene where you see that shark swimming, supposedly on its way to the Bahamas but it does not explain much at all. In the book they explain it further and its a Voodoo curse that summons the shark to the Bahamas, but it was already headed that way when they summonsed the shark so that does not completely explain it either.
