lol, so no bonus material? The film makers should just admit what a turd this movie is and have a blast making fun of it with commentary, outtakes, etc.
shareI don't get it. Why wouldn't Universal put the alternate scenes on the BluRay? On AMC, there were different shots that weren't in any of the video/DVD versions, so it's clear that there were some deleted shots that just made it into some TV versions. Would be great to see them on the BluRay!
I'd love to see all the deleted material! Ellen and Hogey walking on the beach, past the cruise ship while talking, the alternate shot of the shark getting to the surface right before Michael sees it for the first time, the Mona Lisa joke with Michael and Ellen in the house, and anything else. Would also be fun to see both theatrical and video versions included, as well as any of the makings of, be it videos or behind the scenes pictures.
Part of the reason for a BluRay ins't just a clearer picture, it's to see all the extra stuff!
Yeah, I don't get it either. They should release the version with the alternate (=original theatrical ending), where you can actually *see* what's happening, when the shark get impaled. And Van Peebles stays dead.
