Wish Jack had given Wendy the brushoff

Wendy annoyed me to no end - which I realize was the point - but still, I wish Jack hadn't been so nice to her at the club. In fact, I wish he'd thrown his "relationship" with the far-more-attractive Lydia in her face.

I think he did brush Wendy off at the club. Neither Wendy nor Lydia were attractive. The evil woman doctor came close, but there were really no attractive women in this movie. 1980s hair and clothing styles completely prevented it.
