During the assembly to announce the election winners the hitmen sneak in, one of the people they go behind is a security guard. Where did he go? The students chased after the shooter and chased up the rafters, Andrew fought with him while the students watched, but where was the only one whose job it was to protect them?

Apparently he sized up the situation and quickly determined that he doesn't get paid nearly enough to intervene in said incident and took the rest of the day off.
