I'm looking for a movie I've seen as a kid in the 90s.

It had leech like creatures that turn humans into zombie when they get inside them.

The last scene I remember took place in the cemetery at night & the camera focuses
in the sky & a huge flying saucer passes by.

Maybe the movie you are looking for is 'THE PUPPET MASTERS' (1994)

It's Night of the Creeps. That cemetary scene in the end creeped me the out the moment this big spotlight came on, which ended up coming from the alien ship from the beginning of the film.
