Is this the movie...? Horror fans help me!

I remember seeing a movie when I was a kid, in where a boy, 8 years old, who was sitting, opened his mouth and some kind of spider, or something like a black tarantula or some sh..t began to came out of his mouth...

I think this is not that film, but I´ve hear that a similar parasite appears in this one...

DO SOMEONE KNOW THE NAME OF THE MOVIE I´M TALKING ABOUT???

PS: I believe the child was seated drinking a tea when that big bug begin to came out of him... I´m noy joking, this is what I remember...

Hmm, not sure. Very nearly.

In The Hidden, a man who is in hospital who has just been through a hellish car chase, and been shot up. He leans over another inpatient, opens his mouth... and then what look like four tarantulas legs come out of his mouth. They are actually 'antantae' from the head of a big sluggish alien that proceeds to exit the dudes mouth, and into the other guys.

So it probably is the film you saw, but your memory messed around a little with the specifics.

No no... I´ve seen the scene you´re talking about, in the hospital...

But the one I wrote was with a child... that thing I´m sure of.

It doesn't happen to any kids in the movie. I can't think what movie that could be. If you find out, let me know...
