..and now I'll have to find it. Been trying to recall films I haven't had for many years and the likes of this, House (1986), Trancers, The Stepfather etc came to mind. I'll have to keep thinking. I've come up with some gems I forgot about...including this one. Got House now and well chuffed I did.

Try Scanners (1981). It's not very good, but it does feature Michael Ironside as a bad guy.
