Why is Pinhead..........?

Why is Pinhead so tall in the last scene which we see him in? The scene in question is when he appears behind Kirsty and says 'We have such sights to show you?'. He must be at least 7 ft tall, yet he is a normal size in the rest of the film and continuing series.

Also, why in the future film do they get rid of Pinheads heavy breathing? Because he has a really weezy sounding breathing noise, but in all the other films, it's just not there?

Doug Bradley was standing on some sort of see-saw type platform and the special effects crew raised him up. He's not literally meant to be 7ft tall there, though, it's just Pinhead warping reality or creating an illusion in order to terrorize Kirsty, sort of like in Poltergeist when the hallway seems to become abnormally long as the mother runs to the kids' room to save them.

Maybe Pinhead had a really nasty cold when Frank and Kirsty summoned him from hell with the box. But he was able to find a really good doctor(in hell) to give him some antibiotics and chicken soup, and he recuperated before anyone else could summon him with the box.

Or maybe during the first film, Pinhead was a heavy chain smoker on the verge of getting emphysema, so he got some nicotine patches and a prescription for Chantix, and was able to quit before the other films were made. So he stopped wheezing.

Just a guess.

I don't think those sounds were meant to be Pinhead himself. I could be mistaken but I thought those were the general sounds of Hell itself.

I'm also pretty sure those were stock monster sounds because the Queen Alien breaths the exact same way in "Aliens".
