Was Sam's 'hair' just a wig?
Obviously the guy who played sam whitemoon was a white guy with zero native american blood in him, so was his hair just some black wig or toupee?

I must be dumb. When I watched the movie as a kid and even now, I didn't notice that. He's sexy as hell, so who cares about his hair?

He also appeared in Shakedown (1988) as one of the crooked cops pointing his pistol at Peter Weller's character. He looked like a Caucasian with short black hair minus the tan.

Wig and a serious TAN. The actor was white and had short hair.

shareThe actor's hair was probably a wig. The only other film I've seen with him is ALIEN 3, and he was bald in that film so I doubt long girlish hair matters to him. And his biggest scene in ALIEN 3 is the attempted rape of Ripley, so I don't think the movie would be worth shaving it.
