I LOVE thise movie and not because of how well it was made. There are some classic lines in here and the deliveries make them even better.
My Fave is Lester's : "Keep the sun out of youreyes and be yourself" that he tells to two of his guys beforethey go searching for the escaped prisoners.
Also:
6 Fingered Jake - I would rather eat razor blades than go running aroung thezone (I think that is how it went)
Or E's line after she almost falls off the car and Sam asks her if she is ok "I swallowed my gum"
My friends and I used to watch this movie and quote these lines and give a standing ovation to the donkey (who we named Ella after theMonkey in Monkey Shines) whenever it brayed.

Snappy Tom's line really stole the show when he tells Randa,

"Well then go $$$$$$ in your hat!!!!"

"just panties, what else do I need?"
