i saw this on cinemax but the trailer showed a slight sex scene...

There were two sex scenes in the movie:
1) Cherry and Sam making out on a wet kitchen floor before the former shorts out from taking on too much water. The yellow rubber gloves add a nice touch!
2) Sam and E. Johnson making out on the hood of the latter's car prior to the former noticing that the latter had Cherry's memory tape all along (after lying about it being lost).
