DVD AND BOOK AVAILABLE

We just watched our DVD of Castaway again, and came to IMDB, to check out the latest info. There are still complaints of no DVD, etc. You will never get an official DVD. As of JUNE, 2011, Amazon has a VHS @ $ 12.00.
iOffer has DVD's for $12.00 (private party) eBay has nothing. I buy a lot of hard to find movies on iOffer.

BOOK: You can buy Lucy Irving's CASTAWAY, on Amazon for $ .01. Yes, one penny, a give-away. Kindle wants to
sell it for $ 10.00. For the book: Look under the heading: "Other Formats", hardcover. It has color photos. She is as good looking as Amanda Donohoe and Oliver Reed looks a lot like Kingsland. Lucy Irving has two other books: RUNAWAY and FARAWAY. All worth reading. Gerald Kingsland has a book, THE ISLANDER ($.02) The last third, is about his adventure with Lucy. A slightly different take. He also has THE VOYAGER ($.01) Happy viewing, happy reading !

I got a copy of the book from a pal - possibly eBay bought.

I have the VHS but it is well worn and a bit sketchy in places so would love the DVD if I could get a copy.

DVD AVAILABLE. ! As of this date, ( Oct. 2011 ) a DVD is available on iOffer.
Google iOffer, go to Movies and Television and type in Castaway. It's about $ 13.00, with shipping. Like I said, I buy a lot of hard to find movies, there.
