I am wanting to know who she was. I am so surprised that she isn't in the credits! I haven't paid close attention to the other movies but, is it Neith Hunter?
And why does Father Sanchez have a listing? Where in the movie was he?

In most DVD releases and Showings on Encore, Cheech and the chick cross the border and then they're seen coming up through a manhole at a Cinco De Mayo parade. THen next we seem them its a still shot of them on a parade float, all happy and excited and behind them is a priest. Father Sanchez.
Now on the TV Version and Im hoping they release this soemday on DVD, they cross the border and are chased by the Border Patrol and JAN MICHAEL VINCENT, all the way to Cheech's house. Where Cheech finds his wallet exactly where he left it. And Shows his ID Card to Jan Michael Vincent and the Border Patrol.
And there all like, Okay so you ARE an american citizen, but what about your girlfriend?
So they take off running, jump into a sewer come out of the manhole at the Cinco De Mayo parade. Still being pursued by the border patrol, as they're approaching MUY RAPIDO, they get on the float with a priest, FATHER SANCHEZ and ask him to marry them. They Get Married, they Kiss, the CROWD CHeers and then we see the FREEZE FRAME from the original theatrical version of the film which is a still shot of them on a parade float, all happy and excited and behind them is a priest. Father Sanchez.
And they Live Happily ever after. The End.
To answer your question drxcreatures her name is Carol Stoddard and she does work behind the scenes now with the camera. I just figured that I would let you know about it.

There is a David Yanez listed in the credits as "altar boy". That's the person who lets Javier in the house.

After having seen the movie in its first run and now that I know what her name is, I would like to get underNeith Hunter.
Father Sanchez was also the Lopez's neighbor (Rudy & his family are the Lopez's for those who dont know). He's the one who let Javier in and gave him the used lottery tickets. Hope that helps!
