Just ignore people that hate on classics from now on. This film cost $1 million to make back then and took in triple it's budget. BLOCKBUSTER. PERIOD. ;)

What rating? It's critical reception? Are you kidding? Box office results have zilch to do with a film's rating. Only the film has to do with the film's rating. Do you understand how this works? Evidently not.
