Which network originally aired this movie?

I remember seeing this late one night about about 10-11 years ago, and I can't seem to remmber what network it was on. Was it on HBO/Cinemax or Showtime? It may have been Encore, but I can't be sure.

I'm really curious to know. I was reminiscing with some folks about old cable memories, and this came to mind. I saw it on Showtime a few weeks ago, and the print looked really old.

Did this film do well at the box office ?

Not really. It grossed 12.9 million. But it became a hit on VHS & cable.

It was on showtime (2) today at 2:30 PM, It is also on showtime a few more times at the end of the month

On cable, it originally aired on Showtime and The Movie Channel because they had exclusive rights to DEG (DeLaurntis Entertainment Group) movies.

I can say for sure that this premiered on Showtime in 1988 because I have a tape of stuff I recorded back then and it has several "Premiering next month on Showtime" commercials for Bedroom Window.
