TERRY'S CONTACT LENSES?

Surely he owns a pair of regular glasses as backup and he could have said he keeps a pair of glasses on his night stand and put them on before going to the window.He just forgot to mention he put them on before going to the window but he did but does so often he didn't think to mention them.

It was too late, the defense attorney had him on record as saying that he went straight from his bed to the window and did nothing in between.
