For those who love this film...

who are your favourite characters and what are your favourite scenes ? My favourite characters are henderson,Denise and terry.

My favourite scenes are the courtroom scene and the scene at the end where denise goes to trick henderson at the bar.

Also do you have any favourite quotes from the film ?

One of mine is when the maid at colin and silvia's house says ' The ballet, they've gone to the ballet'.Lol,it's just the way she says it !

And the way terry points and says ' Denise,no ! ',when she is driving away is funny too, even though it probably isnt supposed to be funny, and the part just before it where terry is fighting with the man in the phone box is funny too,not sure if it's intentional or not.

I loved Wallace Shawn as Henderson's smug and shrewd lawyer. His merciless grilling of poor Terry on the witness was a great scene. Denise tempting Henderson in the bar was a real sweet scene as well; I thought Elizabeth McGovern looked smokin' hot in that trashy leather get-up and flowing blonde wig. Henderson's hissing of "You!" when he recognizes Terry was totally ace, too.

I like the scene at Denise's apartment when she approaches Terry at 4 AM and suggests that they eh "get it on." She's so vulnerable but honest. He's a perfect gentleman too. I wish women could be more like that. I've had a few experiences where some attractive acquaintance or date would expose herself (very slightly) to me and I was unsure if I was getting a signal. Later I was told she was "waitin for it" by friends of mine from both genders. OK, why couldn't those aforementioned girls have just said so and refrained from such silly games,... like Denise did? Anyway, it's a romantic scene all the same.
