The film itself sucks, but the trailer made it look like it was going to be pretty cool. I used to have it on a UK pre-cert of Amazing Stories Volume 2 from CIC Video that I sold off a couple of years ago; here's hoping it winds up on YouTube at some point.

The trailer misrepresented the movie's contents. The movie did not "suck". It was very exciting and heartwarming. It is shown on YouTube, but neither user has done a very good job with uploading it. But if you don't mind the bad quality of either, it is worth watching.
