Possible goof during breakfast??

After Mick rescues Sue from captivity on Long Island, there is a scene where they are eating breakfast with some cops and detectives. Then there is gunfire that comes in through the window and the detective exclaims... "I didn't think it would start so soon..." Didn't Mick and Sue live in a tall apartment building?? Where would this gun fire have come from?? Where the gunmen in a helocopter?? Were they wearing jetpacks??

they were surrounded by other tall buildings. if the gangsters knew which aparment they were living in, they could easily hit the windows with any gun with a scope, probably a sniper on top of a building or from the window of another building.

IF thats the kind of things you think about then You're an idiot. THe cop clearly screams "building across the street, sniper....go,go,go".
