WHERE IN NEW YORK WAS THIS FILMED?????

I grew up with this movie. Anthony Crivello (the ponytail henchman in the Hoyt Street Station), who plays The Phantom in Vegas's version of The Phantom of the Opera was good enough to sign my DVD saying "Now THAT'S a knife."

Anyway, I've never been to New York and don't know if I ever will, but does anyone know exactly where the New York scenes were shot?

For example:

*Sue's apartment

*Bathroom/knife scene with the fat guy from Office Space

*The building where Mick talks the guy out of committing suicide

*The bar where Mick talks to Leroy

*The mall where Mick and Sue go in the opening

I know about the mansion on Long Island, but does anyone know about these places???

Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

P.S. Anthony is very, very nice. He also included a playbill from The Phantom and signed the pictures of himself and repeatedly wrote: "To Donald: Best Wishes!"

Sue's apartment (at least for some shots) would be in or close to Tribeca. The white building in the background as he has the one guy hanging by a rope is 101 Barclay St, where I worked for many years. 101B is just across the street form the old and new 7 World Trade Center. Of course many of the indoor scenes may be sets.

I don't think they took pictures in a mall. Looks more like one of the stores in NY.
