The "weekend" cabin scene
When Mick and Sue first arrive at Mick's weekend cabin in the mountain, there's a tree branch that has "Mick & Mary" carved in the branch. Mick covers it with a rag after he tells Sue that she's the only one he's ever brought there.
I was wondering if there was any significance to the name Mary. Paul Hogan's ex-wife's name was Noelene. So it wasn't in reference to that.
